Siam Gardens will be built in three phases of construction. Its hillside location combined with the unique architecture and construction of each villa ensures that every property within the complex offers magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean and across to the neighbouring island of La Gomera as well as fabulous panoramas of the sparkling lights of South Tenerife's tourist resorts.
The feeling of space, when the physical boundaries that separate the inside and outside living areas, the sky and the surrounding scenery are erased, is achieved by the use of special stone and glass structures in the villas and their striking, unusual design. A sense of comfort is achieved through the use of natural materials in neutral shades, both in the construction and interior design, which complement the surroundings, as well as high-quality appliances. Green areas feature all around the villa, offering exotic plants and palm trees to relax your mind and please your eyes.
