This beautiful Chalet is located just a few minutes walk from one of the most beautiful beaches of Playa de Muro with its white sand beach.The Chalet made of natural stone is located between Alcudia and Can Picafort in the north of Mallorca just next to next to the Albufera natural park. Next door we have the master bedroom with bright built-in wardrobes designed in a petroleum-colored Mediterranean style. From here we have access to the garden and a room with built-in wardrobes that is currently used as an office. The garden offers wonderful views of the mountains and the Albufera natural park. Here we also find the rustic barbecue area that is used as a kitchen outdoor. The beautiful and cozy newly landscaped garden in Mediterranean style was designed for easy care. From the 4x8 meter pool with its blue tiles we have beautiful views of the natural park. In addition, the very well insulated house has heating and double-glazed windows in some rooms from floor to ceiling. In 2019 city gas was installed in the house. Chalet also offers fiber optic internet. In front of the property you can park easily. The house has a certificate of occupancy. Durch den Flur erreicht man ein Badezimmer mit bodentiefer großer Dusche und dem Blick zum Pool. Daneben befindet sich das kleinere der beiden Schlafzimmer her hat man direkt vom Bett aus den Blick auf den Pool. Zur linken Seite gibt es ein Gäste-WC mit Waschmaschine. Nebenan befindet sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit hellen Einbauschränken in einem petrolfarben mediterranen Stil gestaltet. Von hier aus geht es über 3 Stufen in den Garten und einen weiteren Raum der zur Zeit als Hobby-oder Büroraum genutzt wird. Er besitzt ebenfalls Einbauschränke.
