From the street above you can access the main entrance through 2 terraces. On this floor there is the living/dining room, an open-plan kitchen with island, a guest toilet, a sunny terrace with sea views and the staircase that leads to the middle floor. Outside, before entering, there is a closet with a washing machine and storage room. On the middle floor there are three bedrooms with two bathrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom. During the renovation, the staircase has been changed to a very light and transparent one, which gives light to the entire house.
