~Fantastic village house of 317 m2 built in Ariany.~It is located in a plot of 245m2 in the centre of the village.~This emblematic house with high ceilings and wooden beams, dating from 200 years ago is divided in 2 floors.~It has a stone façade of approx. 12 m2.~Entering the house you will find a spacious and bright living room with large windows. Just on the right hand side there is a bedroom, followed by a spacious hall, from where we access to another bedroom, a complete bathroom and to the kitchen with chimney which leads to the laundry room and to the patio of approx. 35 m2, where there is an old oven, a cistern and a bathroom. There is also a staircase leading to the terrace.~From the interior staircase there is access to the first floor where there is a bedroom and two attics which are currently used as storage rooms.~In 2004 the house was completely refurbished (electrical and plumbing installation, floor slab). ~Ariany is a municipality situated in the north-central part of Mallorca.
