It is located in the prestigious Pleta de Baqueira at the foot of the slopes at elevation 1500. On the first floor upon entering there is a small hall with built-in wardrobes ideal for keeping winter and ski equipment at hand, courtesy toilet, large living room with fireplace, dining room with access to the community garden and equipped American kitchen. On the second floor there are three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (one with a balcony) that share a full bathroom. On the third floor we find a large attic room with a full bathroom and stairs to the fumeral. The urbanization has a bus service to the slopes. It has a tourist license.
