When we think of paradise we find it hard to believe that it can be so close. This building proposal, thanks to the connection it practices between minimalism and the integration of the natural environment, defends a new conception of the term paradise. The house is divided into three heights: the main floor intended for day-to-day life with its common areas where dynamism flows; the upper floor reserved for rest, as a finishing touch, at this height of the house we find an added security door in order to isolate and provide intimacy to the open environment that extends throughout the house through its imposing and functional windows; and, finally, a basement located at an intermediate height that is also equipped with wonderful natural light that enters through a garden space designed precisely for this, transforming it into a very special and versatile space. In this same sense, the pampering is expanded throughout the house, the six enormous bedrooms, highlighting that the main one includes a luxurious en-suite bathroom and an elegant dressing room, its seven bathrooms, the large swimming pool integrated into a terrace with different environments that include, on the one hand, the barbecue and, on the other, the incredible gazebo with a bathroom and conditioning with cold and heat to be able to extend the after-dinner meals both in winter and summer. It is a unique home that combines the concepts of simplicity and rigor in a nod to the green surroundings on a private street in the stylish Torre en Conill urbanization.
