Magnificent isolated house is located in the village of Caldes de Malavella, in the urbanization of Can Carbonell, a very quiet neighborhood and very well connected, just 15 minutes drive to the city of Girona or the best beaches of the Costa Brava. ~~Bright and comfortable villa built on a plot of 2,500 m2, distributed on one floor plus a loft, occupying an area of 335 m2 built.
