This is an exceptional finca and country house very close to Ciutadella. It is a typical Menorcan country house with a lot of charm and personality surrounded by nature on a private plot of almost 80,000 m2. The main house is 300 m2 and consists of 5 bright and spacious rooms and 4 bathrooms.
On the ground floor there are two large kitchens, a dining room, two living rooms and a bedroom. On the upper floor we find the rest of the rooms with their respective bathrooms, a living room, a balcony and a terrace with views of the countryside.
