Situated on the southern cliff of Pilar de la Mola, in a very quiet area with a more relaxed and less touristy atmosphere, is this wonderful house with sea views over the cliff of La Mola, a magical place, isolated from everything, from where it is possible to contemplate the sea and the stars under the light of the lighthouses. The access to the house is through an unpaved road that starts at the "Moli vell", 5 minutes away by car from the inhabited centre of La Mola.
It is a totally reformed house in which it is possible to live all year round, so it is very cosy, comfortable and very well prepared for daily life. It is independent and self-sufficient.
The house is made up of two independent modules, decorated with exquisite taste, it has several outdoor terraces, which makes it a wonderful home in keeping with the style of the island.
The main module consists on the ground floor of a spacious living-dining room with fireplace and kitchen on different levels, sharing the same space from which the sea can be seen, as well as a double bedroom and a bathroom. The upper floor consists of a charming hallway that serves as an office/chill-out area and which connects with two double en-suite bedrooms with their respective elevated terraces with sea views.
The second module consists of a semi-detached studio, totally independent from the main house. It is equipped with a kitchen - dining room on the ground floor with direct access to the garden and with sea views and a spacious loft on the upper floor consisting of a living room with fireplace, a double bedroom and 1 bathroom.
A very cosy outdoor garden with swimming pool surrounds the whole house with different terraces and ambiences at different levels, with a spacious relaxation area with sofas and a large terrace with barbecue where you can eat outdoors.
