As soon as we arrive at the property we are greeted by a designer garden, with a variety of trees, all very well cared for, which gives us an idea of the care and attention to detail that the owners give.
It is a villa built in the 70's with large rooms, large windows that let the light and the countryside into the house and that has been restored with high quality materials such as solid wood doors, wrought iron railings and terracota floors with handmade tiles. The walls and ceilings are decorated as in a stately home.
They have respected the essence of the house, keeping the original tiles of the house which are of high quality without being influenced by the fashions that make all properties look the same.
It is located in a privileged area with very good access and beautiful views of the castle of Guadalest and the mountains.[IW]
