This absolutely wonderful property is located within a reasonable walk of the center of Javea. One a large, peaceful plot, this traditional Spanish fina enjoys all the modern conveniences yet retains the architectural features from the local style plus Arabic influences.~ ~ The hacienda-like residence, surrounded by rich, green lawns and glorious treestock, extends southwards on a level plot. The main house has the master-bedroom and fabulous bathroom on the upper floor, which emphasizes to great effect the moorish architecture, while the guest-house and exterior areas, with a summer kitchen and diverse, mediterranean terraces and a great naya for cosy and long summer nights are all at ground-level.~ ~ Within a pleasant walk of the old town of Javea where you can explore the cool, narrow cobbled streets with the Tapas restaurants and local shops. The covered market in the center of the old town is an must to visit. The architecture of the building is impressive and the local fresh produce on offer is fantastic. Of course Javea is also famous for the incredible coastline and selection of Blue Flag award beaches so visitors rarely want to leave.
