A home to enjoy
When I saw this house I thought it was perfect to enjoy the warm winters of Jávea with its sunny areas and hot summers where you can find cool shaded areas. I liked the distribution, comfortable for a family that wants to receive guests but that they have their own privacy, as they can have their own flat. The location is sensational, surrounded by houses where they live all year round and close of supermarkets and restaurants. I was delighted with the garden, distributed in 2 areas and with different orientations so you can choose to enjoy the sun or a cool shade that is always appreciated in summer. And I fell in love with its typical naya and its terrace in front of the swimming pool. A super nice place to live all year round or spend long periods.
To take into account:
4 bedrooms inside the house and guest flat.
South facing naya and cool terrace facing the pool area.
Very quiet area and close to all amenities.
