This villa is situated in an urbanisation very close to the village of Alfaz. It is walking distance to the centre. The house was completely refurbished in 2020 and is distributed over two floors which could be two separate dwellings if the kitchen on the first floor, which in the past was transformed into an extra bedroom, could be fitted out again. On the main floor there is a living room with fireplace, separate kitchen with access to a patio where there is a barbecue, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large laundry room and two closed garages. On the first floor we have a large living-dining room with fireplace, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite in the master bedroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub and a shower-sauna. The whole house is air-conditioned with hot and cold air pump. From the living room on the first floor there is access to two terraces, one with morning sun and the other with afternoon sun. There is also a sun terrace with fantastic views over the bay and the surrounding mountains. Both the garden, with two possible entrances to the garages, and the 8 x 4 m. pool area have a lot of privacy.
