Guillermo Van den Heede, a merchant from the Netherlands who carried a letter of nobility, settled there. ~~ "The year 1725 was passing when Mr. Guillermo Van den Heede, an important merchant from the Netherlands and bearer of a letter of nobility, arrived on the coasts of Tenerife, founding a distinguished house on one of the most important royal roads in La Laguna, the old capital of Tenerife."~This is how this unique property full of history was born, with more than 30 rooms, with an approximate area of 1,500 meters and with countless possibilities.~~It is preserved in its original state with materials from the time ~The house is covered with Arabic tiles.~The construction method is Mudejar (a mixture of Hispanic and Portuguese elements), it is an architecture with a flat façade, characterized by long sheets of lime masonry, and irregular openings.~It has a central patio with high columns, which is accessed directly from the main entrance door/hallway, and other rooms on the ground floor. Its beautiful and spacious central garden patio provides light and a beautiful landscape that stimulates all our senses and transports us to other times.
