House located in the Barranc de Horta de Torremanzanas area, on a 23-hectare estate, renovated in 1987, just 6 kilometres from the village of Torremanzanas (Alicante). The Finca is totally self-sufficient as it has its own water well and solar panels with wind turbine.~~The property is distributed over two floors with a total built area of 435 m² distributed between living area, porch and garage. On the ground floor there is a large hall and distributor that gives access to the house, the garage with the engine room and connects to the back terrace. It also has heat accumulators and towel heaters that work thanks to the energy provided by the solar panels.~The property has its own approved and legalised well with a piping system equipped with filters to the pools, which by means of a hydraulic pump transfers the water to the water tank of the property. It also has a system for collecting rainwater from the roofs in 8 jars of 500 litres each.~Electricity is provided by solar panels with wind turbine and batteries, all of which are automated, although it is also connected to the mains.~The 23 hectare estate is made up of several plots of different sizes with a variety of trees such as almond trees, olive trees, pine trees and scrubland. The farm is in full production and harvests both olives (an average of 4,000 kg per year with an average yield of 800 litres of oil) and almonds of the Marcona and Mollar varieties.~Torremanzanas is a peaceful village in the interior of Alicante, about 40 minutes from Campello and its beaches. Its surroundings are mid-mountain (800 metres above sea level), very wooded, agricultural and incredibly natural. Ideal for nature lovers. It has all the necessary basic services (bakeries, bars, restaurants, bank, health centre, butcher, supermarket, market, etc...) and about 800 inhabitants. It is easily accessible from the regional road to Jijona. ~
