Spectacular olive farm that has an extension of approximately 66 hectares of land, of which 2,023 olive trees of the hojiblanca variety are distributed within these 1,200 olive trees are approximately 80 years old, traditional olive groves at 3 and 4 feet and 823 olive trees are approximately 22 years young olive grove at 1 foot. On the farm there are two wells fully legalized by the Guadalquivir Hydrographic Confederation, their depth is 100 meters, the diameter of the tubing is 40 metallic cm and the static level is 40 meters. The other well has a depth of 140 meters with a diameter of 22 cm metallic casing and the static level is 30 meters. Until today they maintain an inexhaustible flow, so production is ensured thanks to the irrigation system that is divided in 8 homogeneous irrigation sectors and has a 1,000,000 liter water storage tank to supply these sectors by free fall as it is located at the highest point of the farm. Irrigation is carried out automatically with a system of automatic valves and a programmer.~The electrical wiring has a transformation point that is owned by Endesa, from the transformation point to the house box, it is private and aerial, from the house box to the storage booth the line is private and aerial, from the box of the house to the well of one of the plots the line is private and aerial.
