This Villa is one of our new designs with straight lines where we wanted to mix the off-white façade with the stone effect. This house has 3 bedrooms, one of them with private bathroom, located on the ground floor. The villa has 2 floors and a private solarium.~~We have added a novelty as the access to the solarium contains a totally covered tower with stairs inside. Its location in Costa Cálida is excellent: only 10 minutes walking distance to the sea and next to all kind of services, shopping centres, airport, hospitals, leisure areas, etc.~~Los Alcázares is a beautiful tourist resort with seven kilometres of coastline.~~It is the ideal place to enjoy the sun and the beach all year round. Temperatures generally average around 18ºC all year round. It is located in the region of Murcia, just a short distance from San Javier Airport. The urban area of the city is located just a few metres from the Mar Menor. The water here has therapeutic properties and is very healthy. If you visit the city you can visit historical places, swim in the beach or taste the wonderful gastronomy of Murcia and practice all kinds of water sports.~~The area has all kinds of services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, banks, international schools, medical centres, pharmacies, golf courses, yacht clubs and a bus service that runs up and down the coast.
