The house consists of two interconnected modules, which in turn are divided into three floors each. The form on the left has a zero floor, which consists of the garage, heated pool with Jacuzzi, shower and Turkish bath. On the first floor are all guest rooms, a total of 7 rooms with private bathroom, of which 5 are bedrooms, and the other two an office and a gym, the latter two with skylights that give you an extra light, plus have courtyard views. The ground floor of this module contains all the facilities of the house and boiler room, storage room, home automation system, Rack (security and multimedia system) and an apartment for the service personnel consisting of two rooms with a bathroom.
The right module contains in its ground zero entry, a kitchen communicating with a large double-height living room and fireplace, and a toilet. On this floor there is access to a patio on two floors and two rooms, one belonging to the heated pool that can be opened to enjoy in summer and winter and a more Zen with a waterfall in double height and several ponds with natural purification system , interconnected. On the first floor is the master bedroom with terrace and mountain views, a jacuzzi bath and double shower, and a dressing room with skylight. The main room communicates with an office-library that corresponds to the double height main room, also overlooking the patio.
