Do you like the idea of living in the country with a house that still retains all its original charm? This property may be just right for you, and it is both very pleasant and unusual - read on!
Located just a few minutes away from the town of de San Clemente on the Torello lane, the Access is asphalted from both San Clemente and the Cami Vell. The building itself has two floors with a gabled roof, and faces south. Although it was originally a house, it was run as the well-known restaurant 'El Sereno' from 1969 until its closure in 2006.
The house is in very good condition, with the former restaurant sections on the ground floor and living area upstairs. Although it is attached to the adjoining property, it maintains total privacy and lovely views. Alongside the property are some old barns, which are currently used as storage and junk rooms.
