Lucas Fox presents this manor house from 1886 with a lot of history with an area of almost 1,900 m² in the centre of the old town of Maó. The house is located in one of the main historic streets of Maó, near the Town Hall and the port.
The property is distributed over four floors. We enter the ground floor through an impressive entrance hall with an old staircase that leads to the first floor. On this floor, a corridor leads to the different rooms, such as the bedrooms, the living rooms, some with a fireplace, the two kitchens and the bathrooms of the house. From here, we come out to a door and some stairs lead us to the terrace with views of the old town and the port of Maó.
