Beautiful finca with traditional Minorcan house, with ground floor and first floor that maintains many original elements. Recently the whole house has been re-roofed, the beams have been replaced and the thermal insulation has been installed. The new beams are made of wood as the original ones, as well as those of the barn, which are also new and made of concrete. The floors are the original red tuff.
The house is partly elevated above the ground, giving it unobstructed views, the area is very quiet and only a few minutes from Sant Climent and can be accessed from several roads and far enough away from the airport to not be disturbed by the noise of aeroplanes.
The house has a large number of open-plan rooms with various possible layouts, both on the ground floor and on the first floor. In addition to the house there is a barn, stables, a very large cistern, etc.
