*** SPECTACULAR FINCA - MASIA “GRALLA”, LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE VALLEY OF VINALOPÓ, MONÓVAR (ALICANTE) MUNICIPAL TERM. Mythical farm in Monóvar, which is included in the books published on the town and municipality, as a reference farm since the S.XIX that was owned by the Rius (known as "The Catalans").
It is a rustic farm composed of a house and 104 hectares of woodland pine forest and work with almond and olive trees.
The house (with more than 500 m2) that dates back to the end of the S. XVIII and enlarged at the end of the S.XIX, maintaining its original structure and state, which have been provided through a very conservative intervention, with electric power with line and CT property and exclusive use of it, and water for domestic use. The house with more than 500 m2 built has multiple rooms that can be transformed into many more bedrooms or multidisciplinary spaces, but currently it has 5 bedrooms (possibility of increasing to 12-15), 3 living rooms with fireplaces and stoves, kitchen with dining room, living room with fireplace and artisan clay oven to cook roasts, loft, 3 bathrooms.
Within the mountain grounds, there is the cave called "de los Guardias", with a cistern, fireplace, oven, living room and two rooms, with magnificent views of the La Romana valley. There are also two other caves, Llamas del "Peller" and "Marañes".

The remaining 30 hectares are dedicated to rainfed cultivation of almond and olive trees (many centenarians and others newly planted), with one of 3.000 m2 next to the house with irrigated olive trees.
