Lucas Fox presents Villa Olaya, located 500 meters walk from the centre of the town of Sant Feliu de Guixols. It has a constructed area of 200 m², with 185 m² useful, distributed over three floors.
We enter the house through the entrance hall that leads to a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, with a modern style with high ceilings. On that same floor, we then find a bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a bathroom with a shower for guests. On the same floor, we then have an separate kitchen with an office, modern style, fully equipped with all appliances and a central island. The kitchen has a fireplace and large windows that are hidden in the walls to enjoy a completely open space.
From the kitchen, you access the backyard which has many plants, a salt chlorination pool and a large terrace with its built-in barbecue. At the end of the patio, there is another room that can be used as an study with a terrace above to enjoy the sun all year round with access via custom-made stairs.
From the living room you go up the wooden stairs to the first floor where the night area is located with parquet-type porcelain floor .
