Located in the town of Sant Pere Pescador, known for its wild beaches, its sports routes and its fans of water sports. A town bathed by the sea and the Fluviá river. We came across this nice house.
We enter the floor that is at street level, and we are greeted by a large hall with vaulted ceilings that leads us to a living room with an interior patio, a bathroom and a bedroom. We leave this area and go to look for the stairs that lead us to the first floor. And we are struck by a beautiful glazed terrace, which gives us light for a fantastic dining room, and a large open kitchen, with enough space to have breakfast in it, or go outside to enjoy the good weather. We go up to the upper floor by stairs with stone walls, to find another lounge/chillout (with the possibility of adapting it to another bedroom) with access to another fantastic terrace/solarium, with unobstructed views.
