Villa Meni is a beautiful, contemporary, and luxurious villa located in a quiet residential area between Ibiza Town and the village of Jesus.
The fully fenced garden features a swimming pool directly connected to the living room, a large terrace perfect for relaxing at sunset, a light view of the sea, and a rooftop fully equipped with a summer kitchen, shower, and dining area. Inside, the villa offers underfloor heating and ducted air conditioning, both with individual controls in each room. The entire facade is covered with SATE thermal insulation, significantly reducing energy consumption for air conditioning in summer and heating in winter, which positively impacts the house's environmental footprint.
All bedrooms feature full en-suite bathrooms, and the interior lighting of the house, facades, and urbanization has been meticulously designed by a specialist lighting consultant from Bilbao. The kitchen, designed and installed by Pena & Noriega, features '5.1. aluminum series' electrical switches from Font de Barcelona, sanitary from Porcelanosa. The solid wood passage doors have a hidden frame, with no baseboards, frames, or door liners, adding to the villa's sleek design. The living room is furnished with pieces from a nineteenth-century Chinese antique dealer, and the outdoor furniture is provided by the international firm Gandia Blasco. Artworks included in the house feature the sculpture of La Menina de Velazquez by the international artist Felipao and paintings by Madrid artist Victoria Arenal, a Doctor of Fine Arts.
