A little jewel looking to africa, in tarifa's historic center.~~the location of this little house on plaza pomponio mela 3 in spectacular, looking directly to africa and the strait of gibraltar, in a quiet little plaza with a proud, old palm tree.~~it is in the most peaceful part of the old town of tarifa, barely a couple of minutes walk from the lively center, but in a completely quiet area without restaurants, bars or any sort of business.~~the house has two floors, each 38 m2, and a private roof-top terrace of approximately the same dimensions. It is fully refurbished, which in tarifa implies a saving of years of bureaucratic processing. ~~the refurbishment was done respecting the entrance of light and sights to the south, so it is all open plan, with the exception of the bathroom and a storage on the ground floor.~downstairs, “the children's floor”, is at day time a spacious living area, and at night a bedroom for up to four people. The first floor, “the parents'”, has an open plan kitchen and a living with spectacular views, with a sofa-bed that at night becomes a large bedroom. All thought with a decoration that creates a very functional, happy and magnetic space. ~~last, one goes up to the roof top terrace, a gift to the sight, the space where to relax and forget about the world.~~~the house has a tourist rental license.~~all in all, a little jewel, a true caprice...
