Unique neoclassical style villa located in the heart of Tiana, built in 1850 and renovated in 2014. Its construction provides the feeling of having an elevated position that offers great views, to the old town, the church and the sea in the background. It stands on a plot of 3,125 sqm and has a built area of 892 sqm. Some neoclassical architectural elements preserved in the property are: balustrades, hydrias, ornamental garlands, small panels with sculptures, or sculptural groups such as the one that crowns the building. During the renovation, which lasted 4 years, these original elements have been taken into account to be respected, the frescoes on the walls and the spectacular dome have been painted by hand. The upper part of the villa occupies a large open room with sloping wooden ceilings, three bedrooms and a bathroom. From there you can access the roof terrace of the property, where you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea and the entire town of Tiana.
Besides, we find that the villa has a service area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. So, the villa has a total of 9 bedrooms (two complete suites) and 8 bathrooms. In addition, we can find a magnificent swimming pool in the garden, chlorinated with saline solution. The system uses salt to generate chlorine gas through electrolysis, which dissolves immediately in the water and disinfects it.
