Spectacular home in Los Balcones, Torrevieja, with beautiful and well-kept land pool.~The area Los Balcones is around 15 minutes from Torrevieja, the lake Rosa de Torrevieja is very near and to the beach there are 4km.~~The house has two independent structures.~~The main house is very nice and spacious, decorated with a lot of style.~It has two bedrooms with very large fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom is divided into a dressing area and a sleeping area. Its glass door faces the outside and allows plenty of natural light. The other equally stylish and spacious bedroom has a large window. Both have a calm and welcoming style.~The two full bathrooms with large showers are very modern and with top quality finishes. Both have windows for natural ventilation.~~We have a large, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space to prepare meals and cook with pleasure. There is a small gallery for laundry and storage.~~The living-dining room area is well differentiated. The spaces flow into each other. Its large windows allow plenty of natural light and ventilation.~~Outside this house we have a large covered terrace that invites to family meals or quiet afternoons. It has a very nice barbecue area and we also have access to the well-made and well-kept pool.~~Under this house we have two separate spaces, one of them being a storage room and the other an independent apartment for guests with a separate kitchen and bathroom. We find a spacious room divided between a bedroom and a living room. All this space is very well finished and decorated.~~The second structure is an addition to the pool in order to create a solarium. To take advantage of the space, another guest area has been installed on one side, which is currently used as an office.~A small countertop with sink is installed to be used as a kitchenette and also has a separate bathroom. Right now in this space there are sofas, but it is perfectly possible to change them for a single bed.~The second entrance into this structure is a fully installed and working sauna.~~The land has a lot of green area. Everything is very well maintained and tastefully decorated.
