The newest house, built near the main entrance and at the highest point of the property, consists of a kitchen open to the living room on the ground floor. Three bedrooms with three bathrooms on the first floor and a terrace overlooking the roof. It has a three large car garage and several covered parking spaces for three more cars.
Thanks to the size of the plot, the house enjoys good privacy and its south orientation guarantees sunlight throughout the day. Located in the central part, the pool area has a summer kitchen and is an ideal place to enjoy beautiful sightseeing and sunsets.
