Mill house from the 18th century that is located in one of the most picturesque areas of Asturias, on the banks of the Valdediós River, located 3km from Villaviciosa and 15 minutes from Gijón.~Its location has a high landscape and environmental quality, in the heart of Camino de Santiago, Gijón - Oviedo section, very well connected to all nearby services such as shops, leisure areas and restaurants. The area attracts numerous tourists and has various hotel establishments in the area.~~The property is built on a 3,200 m2 plot. It was completely renovated in 2005, maintaining its original structure and operation.
