This is a beautiful waterfront home. The backyard faces east and the sunrise in the morning is amazing with plenty of light and an airy feeling throughout. The views of the lake from the breakfast room, living room, master bedroom and patio/lanai are awesome and relaxing. This is an upgraded South Pacific model with additional glass sliding doors in the master bedroom. The ceiling in the master bedroom has been custom painted. The windows and glass sliding doors have been coated with a special film for protection. The house comes with an alarm system and hurricane shutters as well.
