Starting from a building from the beginning of the 20th century, of which it was possible to preserve the main facade, some of the most characteristic elements of this construction were reinterpreted, bringing them to the present in a new and inspired way. Outside, the main facade maintains its original layout, decorated and covered with tiles from the former Royal Factory of Sacavem, giving the building a unique character. On the back facade, the old solid brick chimney that used to serve the former bakery and bread factory of the PANIFICADORA DE CAMPOLIDE, which occupied the entire ground floor of the building, remains alive, testimonies of a past that have been preserved in the present. The use of typically Portuguese materials, such as wood, tiles and stones of national origin such as ESTRIMOZ marble, characterizes the aesthetic language and replicates traditional architecture, seeking to use what is close and value what is local.
