Located in Melides, overlooking the sea and the natural park of Serra da Arrabida, this large villa with unique characteristics is the ideal space for those looking for tranquillity and contact with nature.
The villa welcomes us through imposing steel gates that guide us to the entrance with space for several vehicles and a protective porch.
Upon entering the hall, we arrive at the social area, where the large fireplace in the centre, the solitary shutters overlooking the pool and the games area with a pool table stand out. The nice ironing dish that connects the kitchen to the living room, creating a perfect environment to receive people, maintaining the separation of the two areas.
Going down the steps to the private part, we find a guest bathroom with shower and four bedrooms (two with built-in closets and one en suite with bathroom with bathtub).
The pool area is supported by a large balcony and a dining area with barbecue and wood oven. The house also has an outdoor workshop/storage space that can be used for various purposes.
The entire house is covered with tiles, a material traditionally used in the area to maintain a cool atmosphere during the hot months. The windows are double-glazed and shuttered are made of PVC, an easy maintenance material. In addition, the house also has both a central heating system and air conditioning, amenities that provide comfort, rarely found in properties of this nature.

Upon entering the hall, we reach a cosy common space, highlighted by the fireplace, sunny windows overlooking the pool and garden, and the game area. The friendly serving hatch that connects the kitchen to the living room makes it perfect for entertaining guests while maintaining the separation of the two rooms.
Walking down the steps to the private area, we find a guest bathroom with a shower and four bedrooms (two of which with built-in wardrobes and one en suite - with a bathroom with a tub).
