Located in the town of Gassin, charming air-conditioned villa with superb views of the Gulf of Saint Tropez.
On the first level, a living room with fireplace and a dining area overlook a large balcony with a sea view overlooking the Golfe of Saint Tropez and the swimming pool. The entrance gives access to a fully equipped individual kitchen, a guest toilet, a bedroom with sea view on the balconny and a bathroom with toilet.
On the lower level, there is a second living room allowing access to the outside. There are 2 bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. This level has 2 shower rooms with toilet and a laundry room equipped with a second refrigerator/freezer.
In the garden you can enjoy the swimming pool equipped with a security alarm and a pool house or relax during a game of pétanque.
