In the heart of the village of Mougins, charming renovated house in an "English cottage" style. It is composed in two parts: The main house offering a beautiful terrace, an heated pool, a jacuzzi and a large garden with a beautiful view on the hills. On the first floor, a large living space, filled with light, an open kitchen, a laundry room and a vaulted stone TV room. On the garden level, two very nice en-suite bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes that open onto the garden. In the annex of the guest house, a private entrance with direct access to the village, a living room and dining table for 4 people and a fully equipped kitchen, an en-suite bedroom and another double en-suite bedroom upstairs with a bunk bed that can accommodate 4 people and finally a small studio under the roof fully equipped.
