Ramatuelle, 10 minutes' walk from Pampelonne beach, recently renovated, charming single-storey villa overlooking the vineyards.
A large reception room comprising a sitting area and a dining room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, giving access to a terrace covered by a bioclimatic pergola.
The property sleeps eight, with four bedrooms, each with en suite shower room and toilet.
In the garden, a separate area with shower room and toilet can be used as an extra bedroom (two supplementary beds).
A heated chlorine pool, petanque area and laundry room complete the property.
There is plenty of parking within the grounds of the villa, which also has air conditioning, an alarm and four safes, one in each of the villa's bedrooms.
During your stay, staff are on hand 7 days a week and there is a private shuttle service to Pampelonne beach. Breakfast is prepared and served daily.
