On the 1st floor: a first bedroom overlooking the garden with a double bed, bathroom and toilet, and a second very bright bedroom with a double and a single bed and a shower/toilet room.
Garden level: a self-contained apartment with access to the swimming pool, with 3 bedrooms (2 single beds, 2 double beds, 1 extra bed for a child), a shower room with toilet, a bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room with fireplace and TV corner. A laundry room and garage are also located on this level.
